Longtime readers of this newsletter would know that I was working on a book. I’m excited (and scared) to share that it is finally out in the world!

It’s called 7 Rules for a Calm Mind in a Chaotic World.

This is a deeply personal book. Most of what I’ve written in this is drawn from what I experienced and felt and then worked on in some of my challenging years.
